Wire Harness Assembly

Assembly services include installing connectors, tinning, splicing wires, wrapping wires, labeling, color coding, taping, etc.
Wire Splicing
Rim Rock Wire & Assembly offers several types of wire splicing including copper band crimp splices and ultrasonically welded splices. We can also perform various types of hand splice operations if your assembly requires it.
Wire Wrapping
We can wrap your harness in several manners including zip ties, wire ties, vinyl tape, cloth tape, expanded tubing, spiral tubing, heat shrink tubing, PVC tubing, PTFE tubing, etc. Special requirements? Contact us and we will work with you on special operations.
Soldering
Included in our shop is a full service electronics work bench for various types of soldering to meet any special soldering needs you may have. We can solder wires to circuit boards, connectors, terminals, battery lugs, tin wires, and dip solder.
Electronic and Mechanical Assembly
If you have other special assembly requirements let us know, we can build up electronic assemblies, put together mechanical housings, encapsulate in potting compound, seal with electronics grade silicone sealants, etc.
